Product inquiries

Product inquiries may include your name, organization, work email, phone number, membership interest, and a description of your intended use. Do not submit claim files, confidential evidence, or sensitive client information through ordinary email.

Member accounts

Crash Science member accounts use an independent email-and-password login provided through Supabase Auth. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not visible to Crash Science.

Cases and measurements

Member case records, vehicles, measurements, labels, and report settings are associated with the signed-in user and organization workspace. Database access rules limit records to authorized organization members.

Purpose and access

Submitted product inquiries are used to respond to questions about database access and Solo or Team memberships. Administrative access is limited to authorized Crash Science personnel.

Private beta

Creating an account does not guarantee workspace access. During private beta, Crash Science must approve the account before the organization workspace can be opened, and no membership charge is collected.
